Ans. This statement is made by Jim, the main character in the story ‘Me and the Ecology Bit’. He collects garbage from the houses of his neighbours and tries to convince them that ecology preservation is essential. But he himself does not follow the rules of ecology preservation.
I agree with this statement because people preach about ‘ecology but they do not work for its preservation.
